Welcome to my first post on Koala Tea Nails where, unfortunately, the nails nor the nail art are particularly quality. Never the less we can't give up hope that things will get there!
My first set of nails here is an attempt at gradient dotticure. My base colour is an unnamedpolish from the Urban Colour ONE COAT NAIL POLISH line. Despite the name, the polish took three coats for opacity. It is a nude colour, but is too orange toned for my liking. I don't know if this brand has any other colours apart from the three I have, because I received them in a set for Christmas.
The dots are done using Cotton On Body Nail Enamel Ainsley Nail Polish in Blue Bell. It's a nice periwinkle blue with what looks like silver micro flakes. It is opaque in one thick coat or two thin ones and has a manageable formula. I bought it from a Cotton On Body store for AU $2.95, so for the price it's a pretty good polish. This polish and others from the line can be bought from Cotton On Body stores or online from the Cotton On website, but there's much more range in stores.
